About This Project
The Khurja Super Thermal Power Plant is a greenfield 2x660 MW project executed under THDC India Limited. Hindland Infrastructure is responsible for structural fabrication and erection of boiler supporting structures, CHP works, and piping installation across multiple plant areas. This project represents our largest ongoing thermal engagement, demanding extensive coordination across multiple sub-contractors and strict compliance with THDC's quality and safety frameworks.

Scope of Work
Boiler Structure Fabrication
Heavy fabrication and erection of boiler supporting steel structures including columns, beams, and bracings.
CHP Execution
Complete coal handling plant erection including crushers, feeders, conveyors, and bunker structures.
Piping Works
CW piping, utility piping installation, hydrotesting, and flushing across boiler and turbine areas.
Structural Erection
Erection of TG building structures, ESP structures, chimney steelwork, and auxiliary buildings.
Equipment Erection
Erection and alignment of heavy rotating equipment including fans, pumps, and mill components.
Commissioning Support
Pre-commissioning checks, flushing, functional testing, and commissioning assistance.
